You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at [PLACEHOLDER: insert the URL of the withdrawal button\/withdrawal function in the shop]. If you use this online option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (e.g., by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Effects of Withdrawal<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You shall send back the goods, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We also offer to have the return collected through our shipping partner GoRocket; in this case, we will charge you the resulting shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Given the high value of the jewelry, we ask that you handle it with particular care and return it in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>Exclusion\/Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you commission us to make an individual modification to your piece of jewelry (e.g., a ring size adjustment), you will generally lose the ability to return that piece as a result. This is because the piece becomes tailored to your personal needs through the modification, and the right of withdrawal for custom-made or altered goods is excluded under Section 18(1)(3) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to nonetheless allow a return as a goodwill gesture in individual cases for minor modifications; there is no entitlement to this.
